Ramp up in very early chapters is pretty steep, so +50% is certainly possible. Usually these big jumps early on would be driven by increased max relic boost, i.e. after playing a week of boosted tournament.

I just entered chapter 3, catering doesn't seem to have increased that much for me. Some new T2 but that's about it.

marble boost 326 , silk only 171 , so better to have 200% / 200%

quantity of T1 / T2 / T3 should be adjusted for each boost and not for max boost !!!!

@Marindor is it intended that negotiation cost for my 59 provinces are exactly the same as last week? is this change so insignificat? or is there a bug somewhere?
can devs look into my account if its not intended?
or there are other hidden changes somewhere?
my squad size went down by 2 units (0,24% decrease) for end tech player

I got 1.4% less SS at first province in chapter 15 (haven't done any province yet) while having one more AW level.

Only max boost matters for the base calculation. So +700/300/100 and +100/700/300 are the same, and both would count as 700. Once base is fixed, T1 and T2 amounts are fixed, and these would always be in the same ratio. So if your base went up by 20%, then both T1 and T2 amounts would go up by 20%. These are never detached from each other.

We have double checked and the changes are already in place. However, as we've said before, expansions are just a very small fraction of the equasion, so as you can now see, although some players highly focused on those, they just don't have that much influence. We will perform an extra check to see if rounding might have an influence on these total values being even less, but at least the changes are active at the moment.

Thank you,
expansions are just a very small fraction of the equasion
as far as i know that was being said about Ancient wonders being very small fraction, Expansions are actually biggest contribution to difficulty so one could expect some change here, thas why my concerns

You say this without giving the formula so that we can't check it to see if this statement is true. Our only way to check is crowdsourcing data over months to see the real impact of expansions. This crowdsourcing work has been made by @MinMax Gamer and has shown that you're lying. Before yesterday's changes, tournament costs were directly proportional to the size of your city, with one fourth of premium expansions and two thirds of starting expansions not counted.

As we said before: The formula is very complex and involves a lot of different factors and indeed, as also stated before: expansions and individual AW levels have a very low impact on the overall difficulty and their benefits far outweigh this impact. I don't know about formulas used on other sites and whether or not they are totally correct, but at least now you might be able to conclude that noone is "lying", but they in fact do have just a very minor impact, as we've stated before.

@Marindor Yeah, very minor impact like in the Spire, my live city has 76%+(at that time before deletion of Dwarven Bulwark) more expensive Spire than my beta city, just because it has more expansions and wonder levels despite both being in the same chapter and beta city just a few researches behind.
If expansions and wonder levels did make only a minor impact there wouldn't have been such outrage between the end game players.

The reason is every other factor is multiplicative. I believe tech tree is the monster - as techs completed is one big number

PS : @MinMax Gamer @Dony interested to know if optional techs are still discounted from costs. That info can help us decide whether to do those optical SS tech (optional lol )or not. Thanks in advance.
