Have you/other player finished any your own AW recently? Because it works for me.
Today my FS finished my Needles, i got the message (from the player who was the last one to invest KP) and also have, like Karvest named it, some "uncategorized" messages (FS join and Cauldron messages):

It works. On your screenshot you see only those "uncategorized" notifications because you have no AW finished by someone in last 5 days.
I guess many players look at this option like it should show All AW donations, to be able to track who is investing in real time. But that's not how it's implemented - notification appears only for last investment that completes the AW to be able to upgrade it immediately, without periodic checks if it's completed or not.
