Duplicate receive message from support

General Description (Overview):
I think i have read already some reports about the messaging system but i think i have one which is not reported yet. When you receive a message from support you don't get an exclamation mark. Also the link to support cannot be clicked upon nor copied.

What I expected to happen:
alert of the message from support

What actually happened:
nothing, the message was in my mailbox though

How often has this happened:
every time

Thank you elektronno for the report. We're currently experiencing an issue with the messaging system so in fact no notifications are shown at all, even though the messages are still received. Here's another report on that topic:

As for the link in the message, this is known and has been reported/requested. Hopefully we'll see a change on that front with a future game update.
