Not a Bug Quests tooltips doesnt update properly

Reproducibility: 5/5 (1/5 = happened once; 2/5 = happens randomly; 3/5 = happens sometimes; 4/5 = happens often, but not always; 5/5 = happens always)

Quest title: none

Current situation:
When doing any update to the quest conditions and then observing quest tooltip it shows previous conditions + new conditions combined togeher

Expected:
Proper quest tooltip with last conditions being showed

Reproduction steps:
1. have any quest where you can do partial update, for example make 3 precious rings
2. collect 1 precious ring from manufactory
3. immediately after move mouse pointer on quest to see tooltip
4. observe that quest tooltip will have previous and new quest conditions combined together

This is not considered a bug. When you're very quick, there can be a slight lag which causes this.
