Cannot reproduce Quests in endless loop

I can not figure out how to create a new thread to report a bug. .. so I am posting here.

The quests are in a repeat loop of gain 15 relics for steel, 15 relics for planks and gain 15 relics for marble and repeat. I am in the 2nd repeat of these.
