Answered Quest with question mark

Hi all, I've been playing on app in the last 2 weeks and today when I finally log on my pc I notice this little exclamation mark on a Woodelves's mandatory quest. I've looked for info in release 1.62 discussion but haven't see anything about, so I'd like to know if it's a new feature or what else.

My guess it is to indicate a story-line quest (non-declinable) but I'm also still waiting for an answer: https://beta.forum.elvenar.com/index.php?threads/release-notes-version-1-62.11385/#post-65032
BTW It's an exclamation mark, not question mark.
