Won't fix Quest "Staying Strong"

The requirement text overlaps the quest progress bar so it's not possible to see the requirement.

"Have 3 Scrolls Manufactories lev" --- it's missing level and the number. Luckily for me, I was meeting the requirement when the quest appeared. :D
