Duplicate quest not working

After upgrading a marble factory to level 3, nothing is counting, I have upgraded to level 3 : residences, workshops.. the quest is blocked to 1 of 5.

yes, no quest that want's you to upgrade anything works right now (neither regular, storyline or special quest)

wonderful situation in the middle of a quest...

@Juni is correct - as previously reported here, there is a problem with quests to upgrade buildings not completing. Please contact support, we will then be able to assist you with this :)
