Current situation:
I believe Quest #78270 has wrong settings, shouldnt be 3 "or" there

Expected:
Atleast 2 tasks should be completed to finish this quest, not just 1 out of 4

Reproduction steps:
1. Get quest 78270
2. observe conditions if its intended

It completed with only one thing done, so it at least worked properly for how it is written, even if we think there should an AND between the first two and second two options.
