Not a Bug Quest 61 - Upgrade 2 Buildings Level 4 or higher doesn't count

I build up two Buildings to Level 4, but the Quest doesn't count.
After I was a little surprised about the low Level (usually it ist 10 to 14 you ask for), it is probably a Bug in the text of the Quest?

I looked for the Bug in the confirmed chanel, and couldnt find it. So I hope, its not a duplicat again ...

You have to upgrade buildings that actually are at least level 4, to at least level 5 (have a look here https://beta.forum.elvenar.com/index.php?threads/something-is-wrong-with-task-65.12703/#post-71976)

Ah - okay. Thank you.
That was caused of my difficulties with the english language and usually it is "upgrade TO level 4 or higher" - problem ist solved then.

Tried it again, and it worked.
