Not a Bug province expansion

playing on beta, v1.74-(fe6603a) (2019-02-27 13:39), I have a problem with the province expension I should have.
The message I get is :
completed province : 473
required for next expansion : 0
burt placeable expansion : 0 too

not a bug, you have reached max possible from provinces

This is not a bug. There is a limit on the number of expansions available to a player. Based on the details given, you have indeed reached the maximum.
