Hi everyone, I wish you a happy new 2021.

I’m facing a problem since I can’t use my portal profit spells. When I’m trying to do so, this is what the game says:

The portal is empty, so I don’t understand why. This is delaying my city improvement and the game improvement in general. Can you do something?

Connect your portal to Main Hall.

As @Karvest said, your Council Hall wan't connected to the Main Hall and that's why Portal Profits weren't working
