Elixir Manufactory population and culture requirements for upgrading from level 15 to 16 in the game and wiki don't match.

Reproduction Steps
1. Have a Level 15 Elixir Manufactory
2. Open "Upgrade" tab.

The same seems to be true of the upgrade from level 19 to level 20 residences.
The "upgrade" tab in my city says the increase in population will be 200;
the wiki says the increase will be 70. Which is correct?

200 for Elves, 70 for Humans according to the wiki
