Current situation:
__ When using the "Find Members" feature, some players are shown with rank 0 and score 0 in the bottom of the list. (My guess is they are deleted accounts.)
__ When trying to load their cities I get an error message and the game reloads.
__ (There are players at the top of the list (due to the other bug) with score 0 that behave normally.)

Expected situation:
__ No players with rank 0
__

Reproduction Steps :
1. Open "Find members" tab
2. Look at the top and the bottom of the list
3. Load a city with rank 0

Add more steps if needed. Include only ONE action for each step!

Could you clarify ? Unranked players doesn't seem right. (I'm bringing your attention on that players are shown as ranked #0)

If I remember right (I have reported this long, long time ago).
Players marked with rank zero are those which will be moved to the outer ring after long inactivity.
