Not a Bug Players stuck in construction

When giving neigbourly help on the world map, I found a lot of players in the same construction position for days. Tomorrow I will start the documentation with screen shots.

Hi Brummbaer,

What you describe is not a bug, but intended behavior. The upgrading process of a building is finished when the player logs in, so if a player doesn't do that, the upgrade process will not stop, until the player logs in again. This can be a little bit inconvenient sometimes, but it is not a bug. :)

sorry for my false interpretation of the mentioned situation. I thought it is better to inform the team than saying nothing.
