Player block from Forum?!

I received notifications that some players do not have access to the forum with an active forum account. They are blocked.

What happens?

Little off topic: at the moment we (beta team) are between a rock and a hard place; we are truly sorry for all this happening, but it's not our... fault.
We're players too, and we can deeply feel your frustration.
Back to topic, I hope that those tickets won't be lost in the ocean of diamonds one ( )
