Fixed Phoenix Event Quest #16

There is either a text-error or a functional error in quest #16 of the current event.

The Quest-Screen requires "Place 5 Trade Offers", but it is already finished after either 1 or 2 offers being placed (I didn't pay much attention, but definitely less than 3) !

when you fill out the bug form, you have the chance to get some diamonds

Can confirm, I first accepted 5 trades and after placing 1 offer the quest was fulfilled. Also there is only a progress bar for the accepted trades, not for placing trades. So maybe it should be "Place 1 Trade Offer".

Thank you. This is a textual error that should be changed before the event goes to Live
