Duplicate Phoenix Cult Set - Wrong Tooltips and Icons

Current situation:
Some tooltips in the Phoenix Cult are wrong: the tooltip for "Phoenix Worship" displays information about "Cultist's Plazza" and the one for "Temple of Phoenix" display information about "Phoenix Pavilion". Their icons look like if I have these buildings in my city but I don't.
The icon and tooltip for "Phoenix Lighthouse" are right.

Expected situation:
All tooltips should display the right information about the corresponding buildings and all icons should be grey for the buildings that I don't own.

Reproduction Steps
1. Have buildings "Cultist's Plazza" and "Phoenix Pavilion" but not "Phoenix Worship" nor "Temple of Phoenix"
2. Click on one of these buildings and open the "Set" tab
3. Look at the tooltip for "Phoenix Worship" and "Temple of Phoenix": they don't display the right information
4. Look at their icons: they are not grey

Sorry, I've seen this bug but it was about "Winter Set" so I thought it might not be the same problem...
