Why don't you put the option to exchange 2 Phoenix artifacts for Fire Phoenix artifacts anymore? In the Academy only option with diagrams appears! Here and on Live!:mad:

Unfortunately, that crafting recipe is only ever available during the event and for about two weeks after. The one to exchange artifacts will not be back until the next Phoenix event next year.
