Answered Percentage Offer ???

Hello all,

since roughly 4.5 hours I have a percentage offer on the right side of my screen. When I open it, the event window will open. Is this correct? For me it looks a bit mysterious.

Normally these percentage offers are for the Diamond offers. As nomal it is counting down - still 19:30 hours remaining. Hopefully someone could help me and explain me, what this percentage offer means.

You are right, usually there should be an according offer.
