Fixed Numbers from Woodelves text incorrect

#1 Forest Fabrication: The Supply costs to get this building onto Level 4 should be 25.000, not 2.500 like shown in the list.

#2 Planks Grafiting Site: The benefits from production are not 28 and so on but 25 and so on. 28 and so on is already with FF boost included like shown on the pic at "Collecting Productions".
