Not a Bug Notifications filter icon for neighbourghelp is incorrect

Quest title:

Current situation:
Happy to see the filters in the notifications, but icon for neighbourhelp is wrong i assume.
Merchant (i'm in chapter 9) doesn't say me anything. Shouldn't this be hidden?

btw, personally i would expected that when checked something is shown and unchecked not.
So prefferably i would see by default all checkboxes checked and i uncheck them if i NOT want to see those notifications.


Expected situation:
Correct filter icons and only visible what is needed depending on chapter

I'm gonna label this as not a bug... for now.

This is still a work in progress and has not been announced as finished yet. so its very possible this is ok when they release it officially for beta.
It's even possible they final implementation is something totally different without icons, who knows.

When they announce it, we can reevaluate this bug if needed.
