User Interface Notification of finished building

Kinda folowing Mauwi's suggestion here:

Currently, when a building gets built or upgraded, you hear a sound on your computer. But you must be there to here it in that precise moment, and it doesn't tell you what was finished.

So I suggest we get a notification when one of our buildings finish being upgraded/built.

I think it's easier to take a look at how much builders you have, but it might be usefull if you have more then 2 builders. But with all these notification ideas, if they implement, I would really like to see a chance to disallow some of the notifications, as for me this type would be not usefull, but even I would check, that maybe someone motivated something.
