The couple of weeks in between start of Daylight Savings in the US and then everywhere else has always caused weird start and end times. Because this event started after the Daylight Savings change here, the first 10 days we got the new quest at 8PM Eastern, instead of the normal 7PM Eastern. And now that Europe is on Daylight Savings too, tonight's quest shifted back and became available at the normal 7PM Eastern. So the time shift worked correctly here.

You are right, @Bor de Wolf 1965, it should be 1 a.m. Central European Time.
As daylight savings started YESTERDAY here in Europe, there should have been the whole Monday to correct this.
