Current situation:
Last few tourneys there is no notification on start and no tourney available until reload

Expected situation:
Notification on tourney start, and tourney available without game reload

Reproduction Steps:
1. be online at the moment of tournament start.
2. notice nothing happens when tourney time has come
3. switch to world map
4. see no tourney available
5. reload the game, see tourney start announcement and play tourney.


Add more steps if needed. Include only ONE action for each step!

I think this has been around for a long time, but always ended up as cannot reproduce.
AFAIK it only happens when you have been online for a longer time and you get in some kind of disconnected state (like we used to have with chat from time to time)
When you go online just before the tournament starts (how the mods will test it) its all working fine.

Chat and other notifications (new mail/NH/FS spire progress updates) are working fine during this issue, I wrote that report after I have seen message from my fellow about missing tournament in chat and checked it out myself.
