From todays release notes:

A chapter icon is added in tooltips for event buildings.

Where can I find this because my tooltips don't show anything ?!

That's totally useless, I know in which chapter I'm. I want to know in which chapter I got an event building.

We have double checked this and this addition is only meant to be in the event window (see attached screenshot), so it is implemented as intended for now. We have passed along your feedback though, but this is not a bug
