Reproduction Steps
1. __ gather bonus relics (in my case tier 3, but should work with the other 2 tiers too) by any means (tournament, world map, polish somebody) - in my case, the tournament.

diamonds would be actually nice to get them to the german server, if not, the beta-acc is good too ;-)

correction: there is a notification, if relics are gathered via clearing provinces, there are just no notifications when doing the tournament.
