Current situation:
Message "Theres is a treasure in this city!" spawns behind fellowship window or notification window while doing NH with new feature

Expected:
Message should appear on top of the windows or somewhere else where its visible

Reproduction steps:
1. enter any city
2. open notification window
3. do some NH with new feature
4. right after you polish any building close notification window
5. observe there is a message "Theres is a treasure in this city!" behind it

When doing NH with new feature you shouldn't even get the chest spawned, as far as I understand the logic of developers. So both this and https://beta.forum.elvenar.com/index.php?threads/nh-multiple-chests-spawns-in-same-city.14301/ is the same bug, chest is spawned in current city instead of being instantly opened.

It should indeed be handed right away so both bugs are indeed probably caused by the same source. We will treat this as a duplicate for now.
