Why is it that the grassier woodier background shows up in my orc city but not my chapter five city???

Are you playing one Chapter in Browser and the other in app? In the app there are a lot of trees and bushes, but not in the browser version (for goods sake)

Strictly on mobile. The grassier woodier background only shows on my finished with Orcs city not the three in chapter five or below.
