Current situation:

Reproduction Steps :
1. Click on a chest that used to give Portal Profits, being in chapter 3-5
2. See supply instant as an option instead of portal profit

Seems that not giving PP to lower chapters is intended for all PP sources, and we'll see such replacement everywhere.

This is due to the preparations for the new Spire set, and not considered a game bug that needs fixing.
