Implemented New hotkey: back to notifications

A hotkey "Back to notifications" would be very helpful when I'm working through the list of helpers on notifications to help them back

Chrome seems to have difficulties with hot keys

This is a bug and should be mentioned in this thread (click).

Unfortunately CTRL + N doesn't work (it happens nothing).
Browser is Firefox.

I have the same browser and it works just fine for me. Did you try opening a window manually before you used the hot keys? Or try to click onto your city several times or move the map around with your mouse before using the keys.
