While visiting neighbors I noticed that most of their building were missing. Is this something new? I could only see their main hall, and culture building.

Yes i am affected by this issue,too. Each time when i log in, some of my buildings are missing. Each time a different set. so i reported this to the support team.
And my neighbors do not see my buildings either.
So this is a serious problem on the beta server.
The german servers work correctly
