Not a Bug MP3 File is loaded, whilst Music is turned OFF

Reproducibility: 5/5 = happens always

Current situation:
If you go to the world map and then back to your town, a music mp3 file is loaded, even if you have music turned off.

If you reload the game, several audio files are loaded, which is not needed when music is turned off.

Expected situation:
No audio files should be loaded or played when music (and/or sounds) is turned off.


Reproduction Steps
1. Login to your city
2. Go to world map
3. Go back to your city => https://oxzz.innogamescdn.com/frontend/assets/onyx_human_03-88ff7e2292e94f2aba7e600ec34f4ed8.mp3 is loaded.

This works as intended and is not a bug. If anything, this would be a change request.

Loading 3 MB of (not used) useless files all the time you jump around in the game ... is a bug! Overall, the game loads way too much data, and these over and over again.

Hit F5 ... 21-23 MB ! And then, only half city is displayed until you hit F5 another time
