Current situation:

5th row of tech tree is overlapped by chapter shortcuts.


Expected situation:

techs shouldn't go under chapter shortcuts

Reproduction Steps:
1. open tech tree at fairies chapter

This is known, but it's intentional from a UI perspective. It could be resolved by making the tech tree icons smaller but that wouldn't be good on too small screens, so this will remain as it is

another option - make it scrollable not only horizontal, but vertical too, like it done on flash client
