Current situation:
I get notifications about finished productions, or full KP bar while playing. I also get notifications, right when starting (or more to say try to start the mobile game, cause the app keeps crashing ALWAYS, even if you say it is not a bug) the app.
Expected situation:
When I am playing, I know what I am doing or have to do, so I don't really need notifications. Being online, wether in the mobile or browser game, notifications should be halted. Also, you don't need to send them right in the moment when I start the App.
Reproduction steps:
1. Go online in the browser game, just before some productions finish
2. You will be informed on the cellular also.
