Fixed Missspelled Wall of Wisdom?

Not sure if its intended that the building is called "Wall of Wizzdom" but
1. At techtree its spelled with only 1 "z", while its spelled with 2 "z" in the build-menu.
2. In german its called "Wall of Wisdom" (Wand der Weisheit) which would be spelled with "s" and not with 1 or even 2 "z"
