Not a Bug Missing train troops quest

Not sure if this is a bug, but i dont know where else to post it. There also was no mention in patchnotes of the removal of this quest.

Im still low lvl on the beta server, and i havent advanced my mainquest in a while (currently stuck on build magic academy but have no space for it).
Since yesterdays version i seem to no longer have the 'train xx troops' quest. I expected to always have some variant of this side quest active.

Expected situation:
At any stage of the main quest, having at least 1 variant of this sidequest

This is not a bug - we had to change these quests into non-repeatable temporarily due to a bug where these quests can complete too soon.
