Missing tips on missions

I am missing the tips in the game. I am missing the "?" or "i" with some info on missions. For instance the mission "finish a plank encounter" had me clueless at first. It took me some time to figure it out. Inthe beginning I got tips on missions, but not anymore. I would like to see more tips.
