Cannot reproduce Missing Background Assets when loading game

I have this message appear in the loading progress bar today, when I start up the game.

Did this happen once, or does this happen every time for you? Right now, we are not able to reproduce it, unfortunately.

It happened once maybe 4 hours ago, but then I was able to get on 2 hours later just fine. I'm not sure what caused it, but the game crashed on me last night in the middle of a battle. I don't know if that could have caused this.

We have tested it with the information we had, but have unfortunately not been able to reproduce it.
