City Military buildings shouldn't share the Barracks queue

Each military building should be able to train it's own troops simultaenous with the barracks. It needs to be highly considered if you're going to randomize everything.

Unfortunately we are just seeing what Inno does with our Ideas & Suggestions - uses them as excuse to nerf our rewards.
So I have to agree with Karvest. I don't want to see already crippled tournaments become completely unplayable.
