Incomplete military buildings not able to train new troops

I don't have my form as I'm using the app. But the green bar appears and no troops appear on subsequent touches. The sound of the click happens.

@lehayes I will now archive this thread because we can't reproduce the issue due to lack of info. If the problem still persists, please fill in a bug report template as explained here and post it in this thread :)
