Not a Bug Martial Monastery bonuses incorrectly shown?

I can't check it here but on a live server when I go to other player's city I see in their MM bonuses of my own MM.
It does not matter if level is lower/higher. Everywhere I see bonuses of level 6.

Does anyone see it like that also here?
