hi, can somebody tell me , mana deteriorate 10%, is it the collected mana or the one I didn't collect for some reason?

It's the collected mana which deteriorate, this happens at 04:00 hours.

so its very bad then. will take ages to collect for the main hall upgrade and the rest. sucks

You definitely need at least 10+ Weeping Willows. Else I'd say its rather hard to keep up with the production and use in the tech tree as well as the fabrications later on.
