Description
Make the not-connected signs above cultural buildings disappear after an hour.

Motivation
With more and more setbuildings, we are getting buildings with good to acceptable culture and/or population, but with a neglectable extra (some goods). Those buildings need a street connection for the extra goods, but if you don't want or need that it could be more convenient to place that building without a street connection. Except that you are stuck with that very ugly no-connection sign hovering over your building forever.
For aesthetical reasons, I would like that sign to disappear after a short while, e.g. 1 hour.

Possible downsides
None I can think of.

And the quest-giver fellow telling you to fix the street connection, offering 2K coins as an incentive to do so. They would have to make that go away too.

There are 2 sides to this story: Some players may find the "disconnected" icon annoying, others may find it confusing if we'd remove them. We choose to keep them in place, like for other buildings, so it's always clear which buildings lack a connection.
