why level 15 building have the worst graphic of all 15 diffrent looks?

for instance:
level 10 to 12 residences are the best graphical design and level 15 is the worst
level 5 and 12 of main hall are the most beutifull ones and lev 15 main hall is the worst

i could mentioned all of it but that would be a lot of typing.

The main Q is: Why level 15 buildings have the worst graphic design of all 15 levels?

That is your personal opinion, not a fact. It's a matter of taste, some people like them, others don't.

I like the graphics of most level 15 buildings, the green/gold combination looks great.

Elf. And yes, the level 15 houses are not attractive. Mostly dull brown. The purple
and the brown with silver and the blue with trees on the top were very nice.
I would keep some of each for variety, but I am forced to upgrade them all
due to population needs.

have you noticed the color scheme on levels 13, 14 and 15 ?
13 : bronze
14 : silver
15 : gold
although I have to admit that level 15 Elf residences could show more bling :
for instance the level 15 elven magic dust manufactory is gorgeous
