Quest title: (if applicable)

Current situation:
__ Leaf codex now costs 300 SF and 2 CC to craft but still gives 9 VV. 9 VV is the reward for a recipe that costs 600 SF and 4 CC (previous cost of Leaf Codex)

Expected situation:
__ Leaf codex crafting giving 5 VV (as much as Lava codex which has the same cost)

1. See Leaf codex in crafting
2. Compare SF/CC cost and VV gain
3. See it's not consistent with other recipes

Finally, these subpar 2x2 culture buildings are adjusted to the new price. Being worse than lava codex and costing twice as many CC is just terrible.
