Answered is there an opportunity to buy any provinces 10 % off?

On live, from time to time, there is an opportunity to buy a province expancion for 10 % off.

Now I am playing about 7 month on beta, but I cannot remember one of these offers ever. do they exists and I dont know or dont they exists on Beta?

If not, I am going to upgrade my Magic Academy.

Yes, they do exist but are very rare, gotta catch 'em all. I got one in November if my memory serves me right and bought a second premium residence.

Now its to late. I upgraded my academy from diamonds.
