Is there a Bug that people cannot access fellowship or visitor city via "fellowship symbol" and "not

After the update
I want to visit my fellowship member and visitor that visit my city

I have attemp many times
it just give a empty "loading bar" <--- seems never commence any loading

I have re-boot computer and refresh browser many times
it is the same result
just a empty "loading bar"
i never success to enter any fellowship member's city or visitor city to perform my daily visit

Is this my problem ?

any 1 has the same experience ??

I have done a check in game world
game world has no problem....

so I believe it is the recent update ....

please report
