Duplicate Inviting Player being in a fellowship is not grayed out

Current situation:
I can see the menu to invite a player, who is actually (still) in a fellowhip. I guess, inviting him should not even be a option to chose from the menu, only to say later on, it's not possible.

Expected situation:
Members being in a fellowship should not have an active "invite" option.
