Not a Bug Invitation to Tourney, not yet unblocked

Current situation:
Pop-up stating that a Tournament has started (screen attached).
I am in Chapter 2 in the newly shuffled early chapters, after a point where tourneys used to be unblocked. Tourneys currently do nit unblock until chapter 4.
Go to tourney option greys out upon clicking either button; red X to close pop-up window.

Expected situation:
this pop-up should not appear before Tournaments are unblocked in Chapter 4.

Reproduction Steps
1. Maneuver around the city,
2. arrive to city view from anywhere else (world map, building details,...)

If useful: the error does not happen on my iPad Pro (11 inch) running iOS 15.5

Excellent - Today it only happened when exiting the Event back to city view.
